Booking Information:
  • Billing will be as per the agreement.
  • Guest can secure their reservation by making 50% advance payment, balance payment as per the schedule.
  • Excess Payment on the same day by Card or Cash.
Cancellations Terms & Conditions
  • All Cancellation should be intimated via Company’s registered mail id to Hotel’s Reservation ID: ssm@tiptophotel.in & reservations@tiptophotel.in
  • Any cancellation request within 72 hrs for check in or check out dates will attract full retention charges.
  • All no shows will be charged with full retention.
  • All prices are based on the guaranteed length of stay. Early Check-In will result in applicable charges.
  • Guests must inform of any early check outs at least 1 day (48 hrs) prior to departure
  • For Group Booking - 10 rooms & above will be considered as group booking. The Cancellation / Retention charges for the same will be as per the hotel policy and will be intimated at the time of booking.
